Refund Policy: Make It Right

We do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, we have a Make It Right policy. Please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note, orders cannot be canceled once they are sent to production.
Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for double-checking all custom requests (such as personalized names or sizes) before submitting their orders.

All proceeds from the Crippen PTO Astro Crew Spirit Store go directly back into PTO funds, to support ongoing projects and missions in alignments with our organizational goals.
Sales Tax Information

While we are registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are required by law to collect sales tax on the sale of merchandise in the state of Texas. According to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, nonprofits, including 501(c)3 organizations, are not exempt from collecting sales tax on sales of taxable items such as merchandise.
